How to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moments Is Your Miracle

Set aside a second and inquire about any of it essential question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that we perceive through the five senses—is made on unconscious fear. How can this be? By the energy of our mind. Your brain simply can only see what it believes, which is why we need to release false beliefs. In the long run, the spiritual journey becomes exactly about facing this unconscious fear. This is the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we can always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause rather than react. By taking a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in exactly how we see things, and we can begin to forget about habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then begin to open up to inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there is fear in your head it's the ego actively attacking your peace of mind acim. This results in plenty of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's important to manage to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you're in a position to see your fears and what's to their rear, you are able to really get into the strength of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's nothing at all that could threaten you. Then your fear inevitably has to leave.
