According to the scheme, these plots were for sale in the size of between 120 square meters to 300 square meters. However, the payment of processing fee was Rs. 2000/- & earnest money comprising of 10% of the sum total cost of plot.

Depending on the response, the authority had received a big amount of applications from most people and finally it'd announced the lottery draw of Trans Ganga City Plots Scheme 2015 on 19th April 2016.

After the fantastic success of UPSIDC Trans Ganga City Plots Scheme 2015. The U.P government has appear again with UPSIDC New Scheme 2016 at Unnao along side UPSIDC Saraswati Hightech City in Allahabad.

This year UPSIDC has launched two new residential plots schemes at two different places. In this new Trans Ganga City Residential Plots Scheme 2016, the authority has invited the applying for the allotment of 922 residential at Unnao while 1500 residential offered in Saraswati Hightech City Plots Scheme 2016.

Beneath the scheme, these plots are available in the of 120 square meters, 200 square meters, 250 square meters, 260 square meters and 300 square meters.

The disappointed applicants of UPSIDC previous scheme, now they could apply for UPSIDC New Trans Ganga City Plots Scheme 2016 before 05th November 2016. The scheme is opened for registration on 07 October 2016.

UPSIDC Saraswati Hightech City Plots Scheme 2016

Saraswati Hitech City Residential Plots Scheme is the biggest scheme of UPSIDC in 2016 because UPSIDC has offered 1500 residential plots for allotment in Allahabad.

The registration means of UPSIDC Saraswati Hitech City was started on 12 September 2016. The last date of application form submission is 13 October 2016. We are able to hope that the past date of application form submission will be extended soon.

Beneath the scheme, the plots are available in three type of categories Type-A, Type-B and Type-C in the size of 297 square meters, 216 square meters, and 120 square meters respectively.

UPSIDC always tries to supply affordable housing for all segments of the society by launching this type of schemes.
